Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) announced the 2025 Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution "Challenge-based Bidding" Project Shortlist. The "High-Efficiency Automated Packaging Logistics Solution for the Food Industry" submitted by Beijing Soft Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SRT") has been successfully selected.
This solution empowers enterprise production systems with an extensible architecture that meets current automation requirements while providing a robust technical foundation for future large-scale logistics upgrades and global expansion. Specifically addressing pain points in food industry logistics—such as low automation rates, inefficient warehouse space utilization, and operational challenges in low-temperature environments—the solution integrates automated packaging, intelligent material handling, AGV transport, high-density four-way shuttle storage systems, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to establish a fully intelligent system covering "packaging-conveyance-palletizing-handling-storage-management" processes.
The solution integrates SRT's proprietary compliant grasping technology, intelligent scheduling control system, and Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to achieve fully unmanned operations from production line endpoints to finished goods storage. Through high-density storage design and multi-equipment coordination, it significantly enhances warehouse space utilization and logistics turnover efficiency. This empowers food enterprises to achieve operational visualization, process controllability, and digital management, providing a replicable, scalable system-level solution for advancing digital and flexible manufacturing. This MIIT selection nationally recognizes SRT's technological sophistication and industry applicability in intelligent manufacturing system services.
