On March 28, the 14th Liangzhiro 2026 Catering Ingredients Processing and Packaging Equipment Exhibition officially opened at Wuhan Convention & Exhibition Center · China Cultural Expo Center. This year's exhibition focuses on intelligent control, green manufacturing, cold chain preservation, and other key areas, bringing together over 60,000 professional visitors. SRT, at Booth A-D15, showcases AI-empowered flexible manufacturing, presenting a comprehensive intelligent leap from standalone equipment to full-line capabilities.

Technical Products
AAI-Driven: From Standalone Equipment to Full-
Line Capabilities
SRT's core exhibit, the Full-Category Fresh Produce Automated Flexible Sorting and Packing Line, features the four-axis robot R4-8, offering a long working range and high-speed cycle time, making it well-suited for 24/7 continuous operation scenarios. Powered by modular bionic dexterous actuators and an AI vision system, the production line seamlessly integrates with AMRs and conveyor lines, allowing the system scale to be expanded on demand. It confidently accommodates business growth and seasonal fluctuations while precisely adapting to the processing requirements of multiple product categories and batches.

As a core implementation platform for bionic technology, the Soft Robotics Workstation transcends the limitations of traditional rigid grippers and is equipped with multiple series of bionic dexterous actuators as its core components. With its flexible, non-damaging gripping capabilities, it covers the full spectrum of operational requirements—from prepared dishes to fresh produce—ensuring that every grasp embodies both intelligent perception and gentle force, truly achieving AI-driven precision, non-damaging, and flexible operations.

Implementation Practice
From Standalone Applications to Plant-Wide Deployment
In the food industry, SRT has established mature implementation practices. In 2025, SRT built the first "Green Intelligent Factory" for a leading Asian international fast-food chain, achieving full-process automation from bagged ingredient sorting, packaging, and palletizing to intelligent warehousing. The project utilizes self-developed bionic dexterous actuators, achieving a damage rate of less than 0.01% for irregularly shaped and fragile items. The AI vision-based dynamic sorting system can identify and process over 100,000 SKUs, providing stable flexible production capacity to support the enterprise's large-scale expansion across ten thousand stores.

As 2026 marks the inaugural year of the "15th Five-Year Plan," the Digital Transformation Implementation Plan for the Food Industry explicitly sets a target that by 2027, the rate of key process digitalization for food enterprises above a designated scale must reach 75%. The National Food Safety Standard for Prepared Dishes (Exposure Draft), issued by the National Health Commission, further drives the transformation of food processing from "product-driven" to "equipment-driven," making flexible, highly adaptable processing equipment a core enabler for enterprise upgrades. SRT is leveraging AI-powered soft robotics technology to inject new momentum of flexible intelligent manufacturing into the food industry, empowering ingredient processing to move toward a more efficient and intelligent future.
The exhibition will continue until March 31. SRT welcomes both long-time partners and new friends to visit us at Booth A-D15. On-site, you can engage in in-depth discussions with our technical experts on the application and implementation pathways of soft robotics technology across various stages of ingredient processing, jointly exploring the direction of AI-driven intelligent upgrading in the food industry.
