On September 21, 2022, the founding meeting of Beijing Soft Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. and the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022, the first Board of supervisors, and the first general meeting of employees' representatives were successfully held in Beijing, attended by shareholders, shareholders' representatives, senior executives and relevant personnel. This founding meeting marks the transformation of the company from a "limited company" to a "joint stock company", and lays the foundation for the subsequent company to land on the capital market.

In March 2016, Beijing Soft Robot Technology Co., LTD was established.
