At the following summit forum, nearly a hundred experts and scholars from universities across Hubei Province provided precise answers to these questions.
Recently, the 2023 Annual Conference of the Hubei Association for Quality Education and the Sixth University Quality Education Summit Forum, jointly organized by the Higher Education Branch of the Hubei Association for Quality Education and the Law & Business College of Hubei University of Economics, were held as scheduled in Wuhan. SRT attended the event with its Smart Interactive Robot Tea Art Display Platform and delivered a speech.
The annual conference was chaired by Deng Zhihua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Law & Business College of Hubei University of Economics. Attendees included He Huigang, Vice President of Hubei University of Economics and Chairman of the Law & Business College; Tao Hongkai, Chief Advisor of the Hubei Association for Quality Education; Wan Rende, President of the Hubei Association for Quality Education; Zhao Zuobin, Vice President of the University Quality Education Branch of the China Association of Higher Education, Chairman of the Higher Education Branch, and President of Wuchang University of Technology; along with other leaders and guests.
At the conference, SRT joined together with leaders, experts, and scholars from numerous prestigious universities to share experiences and discuss development strategies. During the event, a representative from SRT’s Education Business Unit delivered a presentation on the “Application and Development of Soft Robotics Technology” and reported to the attendees on the major achievements SRT has made in recent years in actively promoting university-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education. At the same time, SRT expressed its hope that through this in-depth exchange, it could strengthen mutual ties, contribute to the development of quality education, and support the strategy of making Hubei a leading province in education.
Quality education is an educational philosophy rooted in China’s context. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to accelerate the development of a high-quality education system, advance quality education, and promote educational equity. The core of quality education lies in addressing the fundamental question of education: whom to cultivate, how to cultivate them, and for whom. Its focus is on fostering the comprehensive development of all students in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education, while enhancing their overall competence.
SRT has always followed the strategic guideline of “accelerating the modernization of education and building a leading power in education.” Leveraging its strengths in independent innovation and technology leadership, and based on soft robotics technology, SRT actively promotes technology-empowered education and innovates teaching and talent cultivation models. Through school-enterprise collaborations such as technology campus initiatives and skills competitions, SRT has built an immersive education model, providing strong impetus for the realization of higher-quality education.
In summary, with respect to strengthening university quality education, SRT will shoulder the responsibility of nurturing talent as a technological innovation enterprise. It will work collaboratively with universities and colleges to form a synergy in education, establish a distinctive talent cultivation system for quality education, and promote the emergence of high-quality, skilled, and innovative talent.

About the Hubei Association for Quality Education
Approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education and the Hubei Provincial Department of Civil Affairs in 2008, the Hubei Association for Quality Education is a voluntary, academic, non-profit public organization composed of theoretical and practical workers in quality education as well as related teaching and research institutions from Central China Normal University, Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and other universities in Hubei Province. About the Smart Interactive Robot Tea Art Display Platform
As an exhibition equipment at the International Exhibition Hall of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2022, this platform not only demonstrates advanced soft robotics technology but also promotes the traditional cultural heritage of Chinese tea art. By simulating the motions of a tea master — pouring water, brewing tea, and serving tea — the platform fully automates the tea-making process, integrating modern technological elements into the traditional Chinese tea ceremony. The platform features a compact structure, a simple and elegant appearance, and is suitable for technology exhibitions and guest hospitality.
The platform consists of a robotic system, a food-grade flexible gripper system, a pneumatic system, a water supply system, and other equipment, creating a robotic tea art display scenario. It helps students understand robotic system integration knowledge, master industrial control skills such as robotics, flexible grippers, and pneumatic systems, and improve their ability to design and implement robotic workstation systems.
