Robot+ Application Solutions for the 3C Industry (Unleashing the Charm of Flexibility)
To fully align with DMP’s strength as a “grand showcase” for new products, new technologies, and new services, SRT highlighted its advantages in soft robotics technology and focused on demonstrating a number of key applications in the 3C electronics industry, leveraging soft robotics technology to help build a smarter, more efficient, and more environmentally friendly industrial system.
lFlexible gripping solutions urgently needed for electronic products
The SFG flexible gripper unleashes greater flexibility in the production of numerous 3C electronic products. Made of high-polymer silicone flexible material and mimicking human hand movements, it ensures damage-free handling of mobile phone components. Its high adaptability resolves assembly challenges for various parts and accessories, breaking through the limitations of different workpiece sizes and shapes. With a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.08 mm, the SFG gripper can be integrated with other fixtures to create a flexible positioning fixture solution, enabling "non-damaging and mark-free" secondary positioning during the production of mobile phone mid-frames. When paired with SRT’s vision equipment, it can also perform multiple inspections on complete phone products, such as detecting incorrect, missing, or mixed placement, as well as mislabeling or missing labels.

lSuction cup for handling flat products
The VFC van der Waals force suction cup features a microstructure similar to a gecko’s foot, with an adhesion strength of up to 0.5 kg/cm². When handling PCB circuit boards, glass panels, high-end LCD screens, and perforated or porous flat workpieces, the VFC suction cup operates without the need for power supply, air supply, or programming, achieving zero energy consumption. Even in a vacuum environment, the VFC suction cup maintains normal operation, offering simplicity, reliability, and zero residue, greatly expanding the application scope of automated equipment.

lFixture for gripping irregular-shaped products
Each advantage of the NBM dexterous airbag module precisely addresses the pain points encountered during the handling of irregular workpieces. When shapes are inconsistent and sizes are non-uniform, the NBM efficiently handles tasks through internal or external gripping. Multiple modules can be freely combined to quickly create flexible grippers in any configuration, with a load capacity of up to 250g × N (number of modules). When enterprises seek to overcome manual limitations and improve overall plant efficiency, the NBM offers easy deployment and flexible installation, meeting production requirements for high precision, low wear, and lightweight design, while helping reduce the deployment costs of automation upgrades.
