At this exhibition, SRT also brought the PPU flexible fixture display scheme and a series of flexible fixture products in the "Bionic family".
Flexible fixture solves the problem of grasping items of different categories and sizes, and similar products can have a variety of grasping solutions. Its body is made of flexible materials, the holding action is gentle and does not damage the workpiece, and the flexible fixture meets a number of food grade testing standards such as FDA, EU AP and Japan JFSL370, and food safety is more guaranteed.
Combined with the PPU robot, this solution can realize the rapid handling of various nuts from point A to point B. Combined with the X/Y axis module and vision equipment, it can complete the automatic and efficient nut grading, classification and fast sorting and packing process. Equipped with external equipment such as visual detection, it can also increase the screening function of determining whether the nut is complete and whether there is bad fruit, and the data visualization system can carry out real-time monitoring and statistical analysis of the processing data.
