ARTIFICIAL HEART

 

【Technical Highlights】 The design is modeled after the natural structure of the human heart, using high-molecular-weight silicone elastomer materials with similar modulus and density to human muscle, as well as good biocompatibility, tear resistance, and tensile strength. The technology uses a one-piece molding process to fully replicate the internal structure of a natural heart, with two atria, two ventricles, and one power chamber. It utilizes SRT's proprietary flexible drive technology to simulate the pumping mechanism of the natural heart, avoiding the use of motors, rotating shafts, and traditional blades. The device changes the volume of the chambers by expanding and contracting, affecting the internal pressure and allowing blood to flow in and out.

 

(Application Scenario) The artificial heart solution is still in the rapid development stage, and it can mainly be used as a teaching aid for cardiovascular-related disciplines in medical schools and research institutes at present. In the future, it can restore the function of the heart of heart failure patients, prolong their lives, and help them transition to the stage of heart transplantation or serve as a permanent treatment method.

 

WATER GRABBING

 

[Technical Highlights] The SFG-S series of food-grade grippers used in the solution feature a starfish-inspired biomimetic design, with a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.08mm and a maximum load of 10,000g. The fingers are made of SRT's proprietary flexible silicone rubber, and the gripper is produced using SRT's proprietary one-piece molding process, resulting in a service life of 3 million times. The SFG-S food-grade gripper has excellent corrosion resistance, good hydrophobicity, non-adhesiveness, and wear resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments with dust, oil, and moisture.


SFG-S series of food-grade fixtures can be used in many industries such as food processing, modern agricultural sorting, prefabricated vegetables and education training.

 

HAND REHABILITATION

 

[Technical highlights] The system adopts advanced soft material science technology, with higher biocompatibility and service life; Through the elastic deformation characteristics of the material, to provide patients with a more real and natural training experience; By combining the principles of aerodynamics and ergonomics, the finger grasping, gripping and stretching are automatically driven to make the training process safer and more comfortable. Using optical sensing technology combined with traditional image therapy, the affected hand is driven by the healthy hand to carry out synchronous movement to promote central remodeling and peripheral control.

 

[Application] Used in rehabilitation and neurology, it can promote the recovery of nerve function for upper limb (hand) dysfunction caused by nervous system diseases such as central nerve injury, peripheral nerve injury, nerve entrapment, etc. For geriatrics and orthopedics, it can increase finger joint motion through continuous and intermittent hand training for patients with hand trauma, brain injury and orthopedics surgery. For oncology and lymphedema rehabilitation, pneumatic hand training can help effectively improve lymphatic reflux and reduce edema symptoms.
