Flexible manufacturing crack the industry pain points
As the first innovative technology enterprise in China to achieve mass production of Soft Dexhand, SRT has accurately cracked the grasping problem of special-shaped and vulnerable items in traditional production by relying on soft robot technology and full-scene flexible intelligent manufacturing solution, providing a reference basis for the subsequent construction of intelligent benchmarking cases in the field of ice product intelligent manufacturing with Mengniu.
The person in charge of Mengniu Ice Product Division said in the negotiation: "Take the ice cream cone as an example, the fragile conical shell is damaged by up to 15% in the traditional robot arm operation, and the SRT flexible grasping scheme based on software robotics technology is a bright sight, which subverts the logic of traditional automation, and the intelligence degree of software smart hands and the adaptability of the scene are far more than expected." As a national specialized new "little giant" enterprise, SRT has conquered 88 core technology patents in the field of Soft robots, and SRT Soft Dexhand series products have passed a number of international authoritative certifications such as EU CE certification, EU AP testing, US FDA testing and Japan JFSL370 testing. At present, SRT software smart hand has enabled 15+ industries such as food fresh, 3C electronics, auto parts, and modern agriculture.
Among them, SFG series Soft Dexhand (patent number: ZL201610515673.X) is widely used in the food industry, which can adaptively grasp the special-shaped fragile items within 0-10kg, the repeated positioning accuracy is as high as 0.08mm, and the damage rate is reduced by more than 95%. For example, in the ice sorting, the pneumatic control system can match the characteristics of different materials to achieve zero damage, no pollution and low temperature (-30℃ to 120℃) grasping, perfectly adapting to the production environment of ice products.
In addition, SRT has accumulated a large number of comprehensive project construction experience in collaboration with food customers such as Yasui, Huamei, Charoen Pokphand etc. Lin Tao, SRT Sales Director, said: "The cooperation with Mengniu is an important practice of technology empowering traditional industries.
