Important leaders from China Simulation Society, Xi 'an Polytechnic University, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Nanchang University, Beijing Vocational College of Electronic Science and Technology, Qinhuangdao Vocational Skills Public Training Center, as well as leaders from Beijing Soft Robot Technology Co., LTD. Intelligent manufacturing integrates big data, artificial intelligence, digital twin and other emerging technologies, to further promote the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, it is urgent to cultivate a large number of cross-border integration of innovative talents in this field. Yan Li, executive vice president of the Undergraduate School of Xi 'an Technological University and Director of the Academic Affairs Office, pointed out in her welcome speech to the forum that in the era of intelligent manufacturing, digital talent training is an important path to accelerate the construction of a strong education, science and technology, and talent power, which has special significance. Yu Hong, Secretary-General of the Robot System Simulation Committee of the Chinese Simulation Society, addressed the forum from a series of severe challenges facing the manufacturing industry. Yu Hong said that the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing is imperative, so how to innovate the training mode of intelligent manufacturing industry talents will become a common proposition of the whole industry. This forum is based on the social thinking of experts, scholars and enterprise representatives for cultivating intelligent manufacturing industry talents, and we should join forces to achieve comprehensive coverage of three directions of intelligent manufacturing talent training: school education, enterprise training and social popularization.
